What ingredients are in the glosses?
Our glosses are made with simple, nourishing ingredients like: Hydrogenated Polyisobutene (for shine & moisture), Vitamin E (keeps lips healthy & hydrated), Grapeseed Oil (antioxidants to protect & heal) & Coconut Oil. Ingredients are kid-safe, non-toxic, cruelty-free, paraben-free and lovingly handmade!

Whats the shipping process? 
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (orders are hand-packed). After your order is packed, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on location and /if a holiday. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your gloss on its journey to you! 


Is there a return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We want every Glossy Girl to love their gloss, so if there is a problem with your order (like a damaged item or missing gloss), please contact us at sosoglossyofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to help make it right!
